i want to order SEtool3 box, but pls somneone tell me is this box good in unlocking and flashing 3G LG as advertised with?

I need the know deeper before i buy it.

I'm also about to purchase SEtool but a bit confuse the difference between Setool dongle and SEtool with box, are they just the same but in different package? And between SEtool2 and SEtool3?
