I just want to know if I can convert the N-6230 connectivity adapter cable into a CA-53 connectivity data cable with the help of the CA-53 data cable circuit diagram?

The fact that the N-6230 data cable can be opened and i can see connectors and wires. I just want to know if it is really possible that this cable can work as a CA-53 cable..
