This is your comment about GuildWars? None of my business, i think, but...
If u download the game (which one? First one, Factions or Nightfall demo?), why u did not take the key from where u downloaded? Or you didn't know by now that the GW is one of the games which have no pirated cd-key's? U must pay for your game. If u don't want to...it's democracy...but u waste your time with your "comment". Anyway, it's ur time...

It's the second MMORPG I've ever played, I've ditched the first and I'm sticking with this one :) I love the non-pay to play scheme! and I can do 2-3 hours a day of casual play after work without committing to hours-long mining or raids....

already asked a friend to get Nightfall Collector's Edition for me.... then I'm getting Factions by Christmastime :)

While waiting, I'm hoping to finish Fissure of Woe farming for the obsidian armor for my ranger :D

Homework: Try the new white dye...try 2 make it, not to buy it. And don't post (pls) the recipe/combination for it h3he

The latest update has me pleased that Crafting Material Storage and a Necro Hero are available to Prophecies-only players! (that includes me lol)

Lots of skill changes will take some time to sink in, though. Hope my Nightfall CD-Key arrives soon :D

Where's a good place to start a Necro? Tyria, for the free skills? or Cantha for the fast leveling? (I don't have Factions yet though) or Elonia for the new minions? :)

Fast levelin'? No such way, as far as i know. If u have Nightfall, go in Elona, as u wished. If u have only the first part of game, u need to make your way for the missions/skills/spells and after that u can choose to be MM(minion master) or other. I hope i didn't confuse you. Check also vvv.guilwarsguru.com for further info ;-) if no one enlighten you...

Nice combination. I love the game too. My best character is a Mesmer Elementalist. A fast nuker. Then a Mesmer Necro. Very fast in making minions.

great game, altough a little childish (after six month of gaming, they banned me because of my name, but we worked it out...)

I enjoy the game very much I have three main characters a ranger, warrior and a monk. I have the rest of the professions also but have not invested much into them. I just dont like the fact that they are abandoning the game in two years for something totaly diferent.

saw an Announcement on IGN, here is:

US, March 27, 2007 - NCsoft Europe and ArenNet today announced their intentions for the future of the one non-WoW MMORPG to find popularity in recent years, Guild Wars. The companies revealed that development is currently underway on Guild Wars 2, a sequel to the hugely successful MMORPG. There was no launch date announced, but ArenaNet is expecting that the beta would be ready sometime in mid-2008.

The only detail given on Guild Wars 2 was that it will make use of the same game mechanics as the first game, while adding a fully persistent world to the mix. Like its predecessors, Guild Wars 2 will not require a monthly subscription fee from users, a huge bonus if you are gong to spend months on end playing the game.

However, this wasn't the only Guild Wars-related announcement today. ArenaNet also announced that it was working on an expansion for the game, titled Guild Wars: Eye of the North. Eye of the North will require one of the previous Guild Wars campaigns to play and is set to hit store shelves Q3 2007.

"We felt it was extremely important to reward those people who have been playing Guild Wars since the game first launched in 2005," said Jeff Strain, co-founder of ArenaNet. "Those players have seen three very large campaigns created in a little under two years and so we think it's time to begin filling in the details of the existing world and to provide more content for current characters. We are thrilled to focus our time on something that our players have been asking for."

Guild Wars: Eye of the North will have 18 multi-level dungeons, 150 new skills, 10 new heroes, 40 new armor sets, and an abundant supply of new items, weapons, and titles. Players into Guild Wars for the long haul will be happy to see the inclusion of a Hall of Monuments, a memorial celebrating your player's achievements. The monuments will exist into Guild Wars 2, and will be inherited by Guild Wars 2 characters as a means of unlocking exclusive items and bonuses.

"It's the payoff we hope players will appreciate as we continue to build on the Guild Wars franchise," said Strain. "We're excited to announce these two new products and we want players to know that Guild Wars has an extremely exciting future in the months and years ahead."


oh yeah, and i love the game, pretty much only play as monk, in random pvp, though not having any of the expansions, makes it more challenging.

I am hooked on GW my main hero is Necro/Mesmer Amelia Beautiful I have all 3 campaigns plus GWEN, it is hard on Gwen but that makes the game rock! Death to the Destroyers !! I am now about to end main missions, I have left only the Ebon Vanguard one. I die a lot but :whocares: I manage it somehow ...:pmpl:

woohoo yesterday I managed to beat the great destroyer, boy he is BIG, imagine what awaits us at GW2...where he will rise in full formation.
The epilogue was fantastic with fireworks, snow and dialogues.where he will rise in full formation...got my droknar's death weapon, can I replay mission to get me the other weapons ?
