properly the card has been password protected. It need to be unlocked..

i havent heard of memory cards being locked. but there are a swiches on a lot of card. look around on teh card itself, there might be a little slot like a floppy does.

if you dotn see it, it might have been set to lock and the swich could have fell off. that happened to my 1 gig card. now its dead haha
