this is targeted towards service providers. users cannot add rss feeds to it.
and the downloaded content size is large. to selectively read rss and reduce your gprs charges go for an online rss reader like bloglines or use a software like resco news.
being said all these, i must admit that the standby screen integration is done very well in this application.

hmmm, i might be wrong, but from the look of things and with much thinkering on the xml and files, this apps is almost identical to a MS Smartphone Homescreen with a html plugin (well almost, but maybe it could be made into one, instead of getting a remote rss it would just get a customized one locally, just dont know how yet :p ).
