Where can I get a detailed documentation or something like a blueprint of a generic PSU?

may i ask why you need one of a generic one?
i remember finding one of cooler master ones on google. you can try google.

I have this extra generic PSU which no longer works. I was hoping to find a way to fix it by myself. I've already tried searching google.

they are most likely blown fuse or cap, just look and go to an electronics shop and buy replacment. I don't recommend repairing psu but :) not safe

yup, as fear-otaku said, it is not safe (only if u know about electrical). Most psu spoil due to dust and overheating and blown (pcb board). If only the fuse or capacitor then just bring the part to the electrinic shop and ask for replacement.
