I'm having motherboard problem. First boot up is fine but when i try to restart pc i encounter 10 beeps which i researched from the internet to be = CMOS checksum error. Something on the motherboard is causing an error when trying to interact with the CMOS. I tried to reset the cmos but the problem still persisted. hope someone could help. thanks in advance

hmm... u sure your RAM is installed properly in its socket? take off your ram and put it back, if the problem still occur then maybe ur bios or something else is broken..

Replace your cmos battery, clear cmos, clear the contact of ram, if still cannot then update bios. Hope this help.
