hi all... i understand that u can split a video file using winrar.
may i knw how is the procedure?
i hv tried splitting a 856mb movie, but after splitting, my 2 archives are 856mb
each. i hv tried allok splitter but after i use nero to burn into disc, nero can't recognize the video file as a support file format to convert into vcd file.

sorry to trouble again.. but how come after i split the video, it become 2 archives. but then, when i play the videos, its still play from the start til the end. i tot after i split le, shd be part 1 watch half and part 2 watch half?

WinRAR is a compression app, not video editing app... :)
if u wanna to split ur video duration u should use video editing app
there lots of Video editing can do that...
i suggest u to try Allok Video Splitter

Trying using vcd cutter. or using nero vision. u can split ur movie into 2 part. and burn it to 2 cd. :lol:

yup.. i was hoping nero can help cut my movies into 2 but too bad.. it can't.
i hv tried many vcd cutter but after the movie was splitted, nero doesn't seems to acknowledge the avi file...
hope i nt giving troubles to u guys here :oops: :oops: :oops:
