Hi all,

I found this application and it claims that it can increase the speed (RAM I presumed) of Nokia phone by 20% to 47%. Don't know how true is it though!

There are some comments about this application too. Some say speed increased (especially on N70) and some say no.

I myself not yet tried as I don't have BT or cable with me now. I decided to post it so that it can be tested and commented by our experts here.

Please give some comments if you have seen this application before.

It' just a certification. I don't think it will speed up the phone.
some says after the installation,phone become quicker when entering messeaging.

I tried this soft on my phone. to know the different between before and after i install this app. i decided to run spmark '04.

Before installation i got system score : 777

After installation i got system score : 784

i think this app not exactly increase my phone speed. :lol:

I m not able to get as to whether this s/w actually works or not????

This actually might be compressing the RAM.
Which I think many other apps like AppMan can do.

Guys, try to find or make any program which totally diverts our RAM memory to become the Memory Card memory.
i.e. by leaving 30 MB free, in the memory card, we have our RAM, 30 MB free.

if that would be possible i would be surprised ! :D

It's not an app, it's an authority certificate that's installed in the phone.Go to security settings, find authority certificates and delete the one that's called something like "testing".

Before I install, I have to wait about 120 seconds to completely boot up my phone (my own operator logo not yet appear though). After installing, I waited 115 seconds WITH the operator logo. But I notice that the RAM is still the same.

I later went to manu, open those application using shortcut. It's opens fast. I then went to the folder that usually take the longest time to open, i.e. the Gallery, surprisingly, it opens faster than before. The speed is noticeably increased. Hopefully this is not psychological effect.

Since the file size is so small, I decided to leave it in my phone...

By the way, I tested it on 6670 only...

anyone tried it on n-gage? please post if you see any changes

for n gage try to use speedup for ngage. Find it in another thread

So can you confirm whether there is any speed increase?

Sounds nice but I'd be surprised if it would increase the speed on N70 since it already has the most available ram of all S60 devices. 32 MB free ram for running apps and games and that's the real ram I'm talking about not the storage flash memory on c: which is only 20 mb.

hi bross, thx. a lot for ur share... when i install this app. on my 6680 my phone start flying:). Really, I was scanning my phone when i on my handy... But, i don't need to scan again.. I'm using 85% of 512 mb mmc card.. But. phone is working like a without mmc... Thx. again...
