Game Installation Guide


PC:

Step 1: Download the game you want by clicking on the link next to the game description and save it to your desktop. By click, we mean firmly pressing on the button of your mouse. Your mouse? Well its that mouse shaped contraption that controls your computer, silly!

Step 2: Since our games are compressed files, you need to right click on the folder you just downloaded and choose "Extract All..." to extract the contents of the folder. This will make a folder with the game as the title. If you cannot see this option, you might need a program like winzip to help you unzip files.

Step 3: Plug in your iPod. Your iPod should show up as a drive on your computer. If it doesn't, opoen iTunes and enable disk use on your iPod. To do this, simply click on the iPod icon at the bottom of your iTunes, and check "enable disk mode" on the iPod tab of your iTunes preferences. Once you are in disk mode, go to "My Computer" and double click on your iPod, and then open the Notes folder. Drag the game folder (that you extracted in step 2) into the Notes folder of your iPod.

Step 4: Go to iTunes and select Update iPod from the "File" option in the menu bar. You may now disconnect your iPod.

Step 5: To play the game, just select the "Extras" option in the main screen of your iPod, then select "Notes." You should then see the game you dragged into the notes folder. Select the game, and enjoy!

Step 6: Get a sandwich. iPodArcade unofficially endorses Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches. For the smooth, salty, yet sweet taste you enjoy, make it a P,B & J. Mmm.. mmm. That's a great sandwich. In fact. I'm gonna go get one right now.


Mac:

I Follow your instruction how to install IPOD games into IPOD, but I couldn't get the games play, the folder retreive seem is all the text format?

Please help me how to do it?
Mine is IPOD VIDEO.

I got Zuma in my iPOD 5G and it works fine, the click wheel is an excellent controller for the game.
