Get the preferred LED Diode, remove the 4-pin power connector and choose the correct resistant according to the LED diode.

hey! i seen many of those led-tricks, but led inside molex is both great, and first time to me :) really really great. what a pity, that my old PC is dead since yesterday....maybe some mods for notebooks? ;p

sad to hear that yr pc is dead. Modification on notebook i have post some, but is not that easy and high risk taking. Will concentrate more on pc first.

let's face the truth- modding notebooks is quite expensive, and -which is worse- it's like tatoo- unreverisble. notebook casings are quite hard too get, so all changes you make, are done for a notebook lifetime. it's not like with pc- when you make a hole in casing, that hole stays. and yeah- it's not easy, i know; everything's highly integrated inside... anyway i'll try to bring back my old pc to life if i have some parts and time.

ha.., it is true that it will stay for life time. But just imagine people pinch holes on their own body.. also for life.. :)
