İ recently started to download films on my phone in 3gp format. Whenever i try to play them and someone calls me the film starts again and there is no fast foward or pause buttons. is there a program that i can watch films and fastforward or even pause with. thanks

Play them in the walkman player - that gives fast forward/pause/rewind.

ummm...i dont know if the W810's walkman player got a fast foward/rewind button......
but in W550's walkman player, u got to push the joystick a little longer to ff/rewind, instead a single push to go to the next/previous media......

yups...it works the same wit all the walkman phone, including w810i, just hold the skip track button a lil longer..
