hi
1- check the [Only registered and activated users can see links] for information regarding your board and compatabile cpu's & RAM.
2- check if the new processor is working on another board.
3- check that all the hardware (cpu,ram,...) are correctly installed.
4- check the ram bus speed and if its compatible.
5- try to reset the mainboard using the reset jumper.

I strongly recommend ASUS motherboard which also give you a 3 yrs warranty. Cross-fire display? I personally think that the technology is not firm yet. Will not give u very impressive result.

U can choose anything motherboard u like it. but only with intel 945 oir higher chipset. because dual core processor only support with this chipset. and ur old intel 915 board not support DC proc bro.
