I'm sorry because this game is in chinese and I think there will not be any english version of this game except if it is a mod.This game was officially released by 9you from china,which have license of the PC version of O2Jam.
About the menu,it is quite simple :
The main menu is 'Start game' and the right is 'Help' ,on the next is 'About' and on the last is 'Exit'...
When you choose Start Game.the options will appear and you can change characters,songs and stages.And when you're done,the bottom of the option is to start the game.
Hope this instructions help you all.

the last option after the start game is choose song.
the 2nd last is the difficulty. default is easy. press right for hard.

hey I love this game, I love to play it on my PC... funny, the people who created this SIS game, they created a emulator of the online game, yeah I know the game is actually free but think about it; they got songs that dosen't come-out yet (depending on where you are registered (Malyasia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines) and they have other customize songs like some of the songs in Naruto and Initial D, it's very addictive.

O2Jam mobile has sounds. Try changing your profiles to general with your warning tones "On".
