i have griffin box but i am still confuse with file for mcu and ppm. may be you can explain to me tahanks before.

mcu mostly the file size is bigger than ppm and cnt.
mostly cdma mcu comes with *.nep extension. ppm and cnt depend of the langguage pack.
if your installed file extentsion are *.nfp you got to extract it.
rename from *.nfp to *.rar then extract it.
if promt for password then just click "GratefulDead"
after flashing you got to do tuning or else your phone can get network.
