I know that 6233 is s40 but it has alot of looks and applictions of s60, also has a 320 x 240 screen. We can also install appz in memory card

Will tomtom s60 work on this phone?

Nope...sorry dude...S40 is not a symbian OS so as much as you would like sis files to run your phone, it can't. U can only run Java which is more likely to be games and not apps...So Tomtom cannot be installed your phone.
