Is there a bluetooth application for n70 that can allow the fone to connect through WiFi (like free internet exploring) upon bluetooth activation within a WiFi-enabled facility like Starbucks? Like RokViper i guess, but that app doesnt work according to those who have tried it...

this is not possible as the N70 does not have a inbuilt WiFi module. The closest you can get is to buy a bluetooth access point and connect it to your WiFi wireless router, and then if use gnubox, you can connect your N70 via Bluetooth to the bluetooth access point which in turn will use your WiFi router to gives your N70 internet access. I have this set up at home and works perfectly, I can surf the web, use messenger, read email etc... all from my N70 for free.

ok, I received a load of private messages asking me about how to get free internet in your N70, so here it is:

Go to this URL, has a very good step by step instructions on how to get internet from free in your N70 (worked for me perfectly):

hxxp://crazylittleworld.com/2006/03/making-the-most-out-of-nokia-n70-part-2/

The above solution requires your PC to act as a gateway between your N70 and the internet, so you need to have your PC on to use it.

However, you can replace your PC with a Bluetooth access point, check this URL out:

hxxp://[Only registered and activated users can see links]

Hope that helps, try to get the first method working and then you can move to the second if you like.
