Hi there, I have had a NOia 8800 for some time and never done a firmware upgrade. This is for 2 reasons. 1. is that I have never found the firmware to download. 2. I am new to this so not to sure what to do.

Can someone please tell me where I can get the firmware for this phone and a quick guidance on how to update my phone would be great.

I have v03.28 on my phone at the moment
