Ive tried upgrade my Nokia 6280 to 5.92, and it failed.
But then using the dead phone method i successfully managed update it to 5.92.

after using my phone for two days, i noticed a couple of bugs, among them was the 6280 charging bug, that it never completes charging. since this can be very risky, i decided to downgrade my phone back 3.81. but that flash failed, since then ive tried every other method shown here n in other forums, but nothing seems to work.

using the dead phone method -> it asks to press the power button, then writes some raw data to the phone, but afterwards it fails to communicate with the phone. (ADL server failed to load )

i tried flashing with 6270 (RM-56), after writing raw data, the adl server on the phone starts, but fails on trying to erase file 1 saying data sending failed.

im hopeless now...there arent any nokia service centers here, i dont even have warrenty on this phone...please any one..? help..??

See the firmware page, I posted there as well.
Keep trying with 5.92 firmware, something is very different between the older 3.xx and the new 5.92 firmwares, that's why so many people are getting dead phones when flashing, but so far all of them managed to flash them to life. Unfortunately, it seems to work best with latest Phoenix 156 or 157 and with firmware 5.92.
