Configuration Management
Reduce additional setup time and configuration work by presetting your Master Image to automatically increment Device Names. Configure your network interfaces and assign IP Addresses from a preset range. Many new devices incorporate phones and you could use this feature to apply the Service Provider Configuration XML files.
X-ROM Deployment
Over a large number of devices it is possible that all the devices may not have the same ROM version. As Image files use to be device and Rom specific – this created some extra work to ensure you have Image files for each ROM versions and to ensure you deploy the correct one. With this new X-ROM deploy feature – you can now use the same Image file to deploy to similar devices with different ROM versions – reducing setup time and support overhead.
Pre- & Post- Backup/Restore Commands
Unique ability to customize and control device deployments. You can Create/Copy/Move/Delete Files and Folders as well as Execute Program and Command Line options. Run utilities like Time-zone setting once after deploy. These features works for both the Backup and the Restore part of the application.
Scheduled Deployments
Ideal for Demo Kiosk environments, use the Scheduled Deploy option to ensure a consistent User experience. With Scheduled Deploy you can set an interval to periodically re-deploy the device and thus ensure it is always in a perfect working condition for the next demo. Also works great for Tradeshows and Museums etc, where visitors need to receive a device with a specific configuration upon entry. When they exit the device is reset and ready for the next user.
