also i have Burnout Paradise : ultimate Box that runs on my laptop..

Is this the correct location for posting questions about how to install Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition? If not, please tell me where to post. Otherwise, my question is as follows:

Can I download and install this app directly on my PC or will I need to play the game from a DVD? When I double click on the rar file, it shows two folders - DVD 1 and DVD 2. Also, will I need a serial key.

Note: I searched the posts already but did not see a sticky where I could post my questions for PC games other than this one.
