I have downloaded the trymedia version of Law and Order Justice is Served, but none of the cracks works (I try all of thems).
After I replace the exe file, Im still getting a "buy full"
screen and after that the screen turns to black. If I dont apply the patch the game runs (the trial) without any issues. Did any of you made that game work? Also, the file its only about 150 megas, and I dont know if thats right. I really appreciate if somebody could give me a hand with this. Regards

First of all, sorry I ask for so much help! Lol.

I've got the Nancy Drew Danger on Deception island free trial which I downloaded as it was posted on this forum, but the crack that was posted with it doesn't seem to work. All I can get is the icon for installing the free trial - I just copying and pasting the crack as I did before (although to be honest I can never remember how exactly I do it!) but I can't get it to work.

I've also got Creature of Kapu Cave using the rapidshare links someone posted me earlier on in this thread - but whenever I go to install the came it says 'Please insert disk 2 that contains the file data2.cab.' I've played around with it for ages but I just have no idea how to get it work.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Oh, and if I'm posting in the wrong place please tell me, I'm not sure of which thread is best to use for which post!

In career mode when I enter the safe house (Green Icon) I go to the main career screen and cannot access the blacklist 15 I have tried pressing 'B' in free roam mode and on the main career screen. But I only seem to be able to get to free roam mode can anyone help with this problem?

The problem is that after I extracted the first one, the other ones seem to have had the same files, because they are asking me if I want to replace them. What can I do about this? I've been trying to get this game for a really long time, it's been driving me insane. If somebody could give me instructions or point me to a tutorial on extracting files to play the game, I'd appreciate it a lot. Thanks.

BIN, CUE or ISO files can be burn to CD using UltraISO. Search the PC Application Section for that.

Just one note:
When you install the game it will ask you do you want to start the game. You must choose NO, and then crack the game.
This mistake many people repeats, when you start trymedia game before cracking it, the crack then don't work.

The crack shouldn't be a problem. My guess is that your maps/levels are corrupted like mine did. If reinstall doesn't fix the problem I suggest to get another installation source (Image or DVD)

Well for the Config that you have mentioned -
P III 2.4 GHz, well nowadays games are more compatible with PIV's rather than PIII's
32M VIDEO MEM, i feel thats not sufficient enough for the nowadays games, min requirements for nowadays games are 128M
these are the 2 main reasons why you cant play the new games...

For your config games? well i feel you must check out games released during the 2006-2007 years... those should work for ya. :D

just copy that game.exe file into the folder where your game is installed..

Example : C:\Program Files\NancyDrew\....

if you need to find where the game is installed? just right click on your Shortcut which is on the desktop -> go to Properties -> there you will see FIND TARGET button, click on that, it will take you to the folder where you installed NANCY Drew game. Paste this file in there and try. it should work. :curtsy:

1st Step : Right Click on the Crack File & say Extract here.
You will get one Folder (Name of Folder - Nancy.Drew.Danger.On.Deception.Island.NoCD-BAT & one HTML file - You can delete that HTML file if not required.

2nd Step : Open that Folder. Inside that again you will find 3 Files. Right Click on the file "bat-nddi.rar" and say EXTRACT HERE. You will get another file there with the name GAME.EXE

3rd Step : Do not close this window, Go to the shortcut icon which you click to open that Game which is the trial one. (DO NOT OPEN THE GAME YET)
Right Click on that Shortcut File & go to PROPERTIES.
There you will see below 3 buttons (One is Find Target, then Change Icon, and Advanced)
you have to click on the 1st Button - Find Target. this will open another folder for you showing you the game folder where you had initially installed.

4th Step : Copy that file GAME.exe from your previous downloaded files into this Opened Folder. If you get a Prompt that file exists, Just click on Overwrite Existing Files.

5th Step : Nothing more, just try to open the game and see if it opens.
