Pls help me fix problem, my Laptop run file spoolsv.exe was 100%, i stopped in Task Manager, and go to C;|Windows\system32\spool\printer and delete all file (shockwave and flash) on it and it's OK, but this problem will come with me in 2 days later, my computer installed Symantec Antivirus for Corporate 10, update Nov/2006....

pls help me...

Problems with printer driver? as spoolsv is the print spooler service.

you can disable it by going to
run->services.msc

select the print spooler service and you can disable it, note that this will disable printing.
