hello

i just bought a mtbox nokia but i have problems with it.

1.i installed it in first pc and i can t open software ......only one time i success with old versions

2when i use updater last version i can update the box but sometimes when i try to read the device there is nothing .......like bug

3.i tried on 3 differents pc impossible to open the software.


4.sometimes i have message error"mtboxinterface could not be found

5.when i success to open the soft i tried to read a dct3 phone::nothing!!


6.do i need power supply to use the box?cause when i use power supply the box can 't be recognised by my computers?????

i used adaptator cable of course.............with UFS3 cable???



i think box have a problem.
