Hi CD,
Not sure which unit you have, a phone or dedicated TT GO unit.
If you have the dedicated GO unit then you are already able to enter lat and lon. When you are 'Finding' a place to go, look on the second page of options.
If you have the phone with no direct way of entering lat and lon then it can be done by editing an Itinerary file with the co-ords that you require. They are entered with no decimal point. If you look at an Itinerary file using Notepad you will see what I mean. Once you have changed/created the Itinerary file then you can run the file in your phone.

Hmm,
I can see that's somewhere near Simsjon and I can understand that your RT90 and decimal degrees are not directly comparible.
Do you wish to be able to enter the co-ords in RT90 directly on the TTOne? If so I've never heard of a prog which will do that.

Only thing I can find which may be helpful to a programmer is h**p://lists.maptools.org/pipermail/proj/2003-May/000779.html
