@bobnoise this is a newer version than the preinstalled one!!!
btw this app doen't remove the previus version(which is installed in rom Z)...so we have to keep both on our menu!!

Great post simcard.. I had been waiting for this as sadly nokia did not release the version 2.0 in their new firmware even after consistently requesting it.

hi. i tried to install this version in my N95 but it says that unable to install becoz the application is built-in. it means that there will be no possibility to upgrade it??? :( i can install it on my N73. there are two icons tho. one for this version, and the other one from nokia (which i hid in a remote folder far far away). :)

anyone who has successfully installed this, please advice how to go about it. cheers to all!

N95 doesnt have the new web browser 2.0, and apparently has this version of the Flash player built in... so I cant install over it.

I've got an N95. When i check in the apps i am unable to find out what version of Flash Lite is already installed - anyone know what version comes pre installed on the N95?

This is not the place to ask this question mate!
Your phone isn't a series 60 3rd edition one. Try heading over to the s60 section.
FYI I have never heard of a Flash app running .swf movies on s60v2 phones, but I may be wrong about this.

It means that the app is already installed on your phone...
N95 has flash lite 2.1 installed in it...
You dont need reinstall it...;)

hehe no this app gives you the ability to use flash content like games movies and such BUT only if its in flash format.
anyone correct me if im wrong or just got the facts mixed up

You cannot use it for any other purpose...

The camera flash is a hardware, not a software.
If your phone doesn't have a flash built in, there's nothing much you can do about it actually.

Of course there are still softwares which can tweak the brightness & contrast of the image but night pictures taken w/o flash are bad bad , just bad.:ashamed:

You can play it with Flash lite 3 DE .but You need another app named FLV player to play FLV video format with FL 3 DE opened.both of them already posted in the forum.search it n you'll find some.read carefully all instructions there n I am sure you'll play YouTube video on yr phone using two apps I've mention

N95 8gb is pre installed with flash lite 2.1 so no need to install it again...
