lol,i don't think so.
N-gage can't play snes games well,so i wouldn't start thinking about that.
It's just that some games are ports of ps1 games (really early ones) like tomb raider or pandemonium.

Pandemonium, Tomb Raider, Colin McRally 2005, Crash NitroCar, Splinter Cell ChaosTheory, Tony Hawks Pro Skater.... are games of PS1 that work in N-Gage...

No, they are games that are on the PS1, and also happen to be on the N-Gage too. They are not PS1 games that work on the N-Gage.
They're just multiformat games.

besides not even splinter cell 1 got released in ps1 dont think they would release the third (chaos theory) lol and no ngage cant run ps1 games, cant even run gba games and you want ps1? lol id be happy if at least gba games worked on my n70 (and i hope they do in a close future)

The ngage has got small resolution, and the ps1 has got a lot bigger res.

lol :D ps1 emulator on n-gage no way but n-gage got itself so many cool games ptg 1 & 2, hs, one, mhp, wwp, au 1 & 2, tw ... and many more i think its enough to play all these untill next n-gage :)

This is really impossible... Nagage had a really hard time running SNES games in the emulator w/ or w/o sounds, what more if they make PS1 games.
yes there are some game titles that ngage has but that dosen't mean that they have the same capabilities of a gaming console. Heck I got problem playing chrono tirgger in my vsun thanks to laggy, minimum resources and small ram. The PSone can play it smoothly and with animation to boot. Even my Pokemon games in my vboy is too laggy.
If you want to play PSone game in a portable hanheld device, try buying a PSP and serach for a PSone emulator and PSone roms.

Well if someone cared to read it more carefully.
It just says that the "quality" is equivalent to PS1 quality of graphics rendering.
No where is it said that it "runs" PS1 titles.
And as for SNES emulator,N-GAGE QD has the hardware to run those games,but if the emulator is not written well you can't blame it on the device.
