No need to install this app. You only need to login and send sms view their web.
Maybe they'll make a software for phone. Hehehe.. Hopefully...

Thanks for the info. :) They are releasing mobile client in this month (as they claim). This service does not work in every country. You just have to try if this one works for you.

btw i have another problem. Italy is on the coverage list but when i try to send a message it say that 1 message blocked. Why?

same here. i think its because of this:

able to receive a MobiK. No sponsor, no traffic! To get MobiK to work in your region, help us get a local sponsor!

and in that coverage site that you have posted countries that aren't marked in blue cant use this service i think ;)

Don't hate ur country dude :D. My country is also not listed ... there is no way to send a free SMS from any website ... however, from mig33 i can send free sms in my country :D

u have to put the country code infront. i mean,for eg, singapore is "65" or indonesia is "62"....so if u wanna send to some1 with the mobile number 1234567, send it to 651234567 if he's in singapore or 621234567 if he's in indonesia.

just use different browsers... i use ipmart on firfox and the mobik one runs by default on internet explorer... so i dont face the problem...

true... 1 more thing is that it says the message has been sent from mobik.com... if these 2 things were not there, this would have been prefect for anonymous messaging...

Damn adds at the bottom of the SMS, they're even bigger than the message. I hope someone cracks the phone client and removes the add.

well, it works in serbia for sure... I wonder though why *we're* on the relatively small list of suported countries? And why the $%#@ do we have to watch mountain dew adverts when it's not even sold in serbia? hmm, kinda strange :)
