I got the apple ipod model 1137 with mp4/amv/rec/radio/mp3, and its 512mb.
The problem is it takes only 20 songs or around 100mb, if i try to put 1 more song or video that video or song currupts or shows file error. iam unable to add more songs even though around 350mb is free. plz tell me any 1 how to add more songs and utilize atleast 300mb. Is there any software to put the songs?? coz i dont have any cd or software, iam using directly through usb.

try using itunes it can b downloaded from net easily if u do it with itunes
u will not get this problem again
the correct procedure for ipod is to use itunes
it will work thats for sure

yes i tried itunes also but it dosent detect the ipod
can u plz tel me is some configurations r there in itunes how to coy music from pc to ipod or any other software to copy music to ipod

This is created by apple not the original ipod.This is china made ipod and i have not seen this before..Try detect it using usb.Itunes can't read this because its not under mac/apple.

Ok i agree with u, but plz tell me is there any other way to put mp3 songs, bcoz it takes only aroung 100mb, after that if i try to put 1 more song it copies into the ipod but shows file currupt. Its a 512 mb so i wont be able to use the more than 100mb.
Plz give me some solutions:cry:

Huh you mean you cant put songs above 100mb?Meaning that your 512mb player should have put another 400+mb song inside.I don't get you.And your file corrupted after transfering?Hmm..maybe the player's something wrong or it is not fully transfered properly..

try reformating the mp4 player(its called that by the way) and try putting the songs again..my friend has the same problem and it was solved with that solution...

Animboo Ya i tried reformating, but problem is still there.
Is there any place where i can upgrade the firmware. May be it helps.

This is NOT iPod. Try software that came with it. Try formating it from windows (full not quick), nuber of songs is not important it's size, try making subfolders. You probably don't need adittional software - it should be detected as external USB disc. iTunes will not work for you (iPod - iPhone only) but media monkey or WinAmp should.
