i installed and registered but prog isnt starting (Win XP SPII), do i need to install additional software like java or framework ?

I am pretty sure that you can't install sis/sisx file that is created by this program to S60v3 phones.

how come you're so sure ?

I know this is a dumb question... but can you use this program to convert s60v2 files to s60v3???
