Interpreter is SpeechGear’s solution for those of you using Pocket PC PDAs. It combines the compactness of a traditional paper translation dictionary with cutting-edge speech recognition and voice synthesis technology to provide you with the perfect balance of power, size, and price.

Power Plus Flexibility
With Interpreter's expansive database, thousands of words and phrases are at the tip of your fingers -- you'll never have to frantically flip through page after page of impossibly-small print in a paper dictionary or struggle with the limited number of words and phrases in other electronic translators. Interpreter's PhraseBuilder lets you say exactly what you want to say -- I want to buy... becomes I want to buy ten tickets or I want to buy a dozen roses with a couple quick clicks. For even greater flexibility, add your own vocabulary directly in Interpreter or using Composer, select your preferred voice output including both male and female voice options, create your own Favorites Lists of commonly used words and phrases, and enhance your communication by adding multi-media items such as maps, illustrations and videos. Interpreter's unprecedented user customization features and flexibility provide you with the translations you need when you need them.

Portability
Interpreter puts an entire translation dictionary into your Pocket PC PDA. You get the same footprint as a traditional dictionary, in half the thickness and weight. And because it's just one program installed on your PDA, you also get all the other productivity-enhancing features you've come to expect from a palm-top.

Adaptability
Interpreter offers the richest set of user-configurable features out there. Augment your vocabulary with Medical, Legal, and other domain-specific add-ons; create favorites lists to put related words in one easy-to-browse location; combine words from the dictionary with the phrases to produce new translations; and even add completely new words, phrases and definitions. Interpreter is a truly flexible product that adapts to your needs, rather than the other way around.
