Hi. I have a problem which I seen that many people have the same. I have iPod video, 5th generation, black which is my Christmas gift. I use PC but iPod is Mac formated. My PC noticed it and gave me a solution to reformat it. When I try to 'restore' it on iTunes, it says me that "Cannot connect to Internet". I checked all my connections, and everything seems fine. I can browse iTunes store etc. But, I'm using dial-up connection. Is this a problem? And, here is the summary I saw on iTunes (Network Diagnostics):
Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 (Build 2600)
TOSHIBA Portable PC
iTunes 7.0.2.16
Current user is an administrator.
