i dont think any app does exists for k610i mate...
there's no such app for SE phones (non P series)
the only way out is, to put the numbers u want to accept into the whitelist (menu>settings>profiles>edit profiles>accept calls>only from list)
other numbers than those u've put in the whitelist, will be blocked automatically...
