No man . If you take a look at the rules say there *No links*. In this section are allowed only uploaded applications not big than 5 MB . Split it's not allowed too.
You know ... if you have a application for example 8 MB it's not allowed to split in 4MB - 4 MB and upload it here. If you have files greater than 5 MB upload them on rapidshare, databus etc etc and post the links . [this kind of applications post them on PC Apps links] like the 1st one posted by you here and moved there by me.

Hope you understand me ... for more INFO just read the rules.
