Try finding a logo that isn't transparent? Or just edit one you have and make it with a white background?

This program only shows a custom logo over the orginal one as sadly the OPlogo can't be hidden due to Nokia's protected directory thing. :(

Finally I got this stuff going on my n73

For all the guys who can run the default life logo but are unable to run the posted logo here what you must do

You must install x-plorer or similar file explorer which can show hidden files
In x-plore go to tools -> configuration and select show hidden files and also show system files/folders

Now copy the folder which contains the logo in your memory card use pc suit
Make sure the images are of correct size, for n73 it is 134 x 35
Now open x-plore and go to your logo folder copy or move this folder to c: -> system -> app -> anisimb -> logo

In x-plore after copying the folder it will take you back to the original directory,
So go back to the logo folder in c: drive and open the folder containing the png images there you will find a folder named PAlB TN delete this folder
You will also find a file named Thumbs.db delete this file also
Close x-plore

Open anisimb select your logo do not exit, press menu and then exit
Your are done!

Hi, here's modified kick up and its only 15kb so i guess it won't eat up much battery power

also modified bike, this displays much better.
please exit anisimb before you change your theme otherwise logo will be displayed in white background

install all the files in your phone memory.
also when you install anisimb it will give three choice, select only your phone
remove the x from other two.
now don't install any other logo, first check if you are able to get default logo going.

search this thread and download fullpack it contain five files install them on your phone memory

gamil i see part of operator logo behind your logo, to get rid of it, close anisimb wait for few seconds and restart anisimb.
do it two or three times, if this does not help then close anisimb reinstall your theme(change to some other and then to your previous one)
now restart anisimb.

also please check that the image size of life logo and image size of your name logo is same
if there is difference then please tell me the size of life logo i will upload the correct size

hi,
when i compressed your folder i forgot to delete thumbs file, this is a hidden file so in your pc explorer go to tools > folder option > click view > click > show hidden file and folder
now delete the thumbs file in your folder also delete your logo folder in ur c: drive of phone
and copy this file.
check again in ur phone for hidden folder and file
this should solve ur prob.

Hi ajaaz, many thanx from me and my lady for the beautiful logos.
Unfortunately, even after doing as you said (show hidden files, x-plore, delete thumbsetc) they still just exit when selcted. Others that you have made, eg. karate kid, kickin, lola run, MM all work fine!
AH HA, the life logo is smaller than the 2 names you made for me. Im not sure what size the 'life' one is but it works perfect. Can you re-size them pleese.

mate i successed on my N80ie, i dicovered one easy way :

1) install python pack + anisimb + fgimage normally...

2) Animations are stored in \system\apps\AniSimb\logo\anim_folder, where
“anim_folder” stands for the name you want for the animated logo.
Create 194×50 pixels images with your animation (for N80), save every frame as PNG
with sequential numbers (000.png, 001.png,…).

3) Every frame needs a “mask” with black (for transparent area) and white
(for visible area) colors, save it as PNG and sequentially
(_000.png,_001.png,…).

and then replace the original ones with yours in \system\apps\AniSimb\logo\anim_folder(life)

and that's it ;)

do the f/w:
----> Install "PythonForS60_1_3_17_3rdEd_selfsigned" (on Phone Memory recommended)
----> Install "PythonScriptShell_1_3_17_3rdEd_selfsigned" (on Phone Memory recommended)
----> Install "appswitch_selfsigned(2)"
----> Install "AniSimb"
(Now what people do they select all models of the phone or they just dont bother to unselect the rest of models which is by default selected. Please UN-SELECT the model wich is not yours and only SELECT with one is yours)
----> Install "fgimage11"

note: the last 3 applications will be automatically installed in your phone mem.


now copy the animation folder u have(it should have all files including .png masks and other files and in order _000.png,_001.png,…) to c:\system\apps\AniSimb\logo\
(remember to access hidden folder u need to have lonelycat x-plorer. go to tools>config>show hidden files>ok)
delete thumbs.db folder form your animatiion folder.
open anisimb and activate your folder.
hold menu key for 2-3 seconds and select standby... voilaaa.....
