I'm using 6680 and I have problem with Handy Clock after format. I've formatted the phone and restored backup from MMC. Now I can't open Handy Clock or uninstall it. If I try to install it again the installer quits.

Open E:System/Apps/HandyClock folder and delete all files concerned, including the folder of application.
