I have a problem with my ipod shuffle, it wont turn on. I already tried to restore using ipods support but to no avail. I checked the properties of my ipod shuffle on my computer and it only shows, 0 files free and 0 files used. Is there a solution for this problem. thanks in advance.

connect your ipod to yr pc ,tel it charge for sometime(3hrs),then format it,then update it using updates on itunes or else try using the cd given.or else reset it by pressing menu and enter button and then moving the hold button on/off.

hey guys my ipod is dead and my pc wont even detect it now, i tried returning it to the store where i bought it for it was still covered by the warranty, but it was to no avail for they said my ipod is history or dead. whats wrong with it?
