The JM2PC is a Client-Server application. The client is installed in the mobile phone and the server in a desktop or laptop computer. They communicate themselves through the Internet and allow the remote control of the computer.

Snurre 10th February 2007, 09:58 Its tested on my nokia 5300 music xpress phone and installs fine, its the client *.jar file you send to phone, make a "new" connection from options menu and also set same pass for server *.exe on pc.
My bet is wifi connection should work fine with it as it asks for connection type...

matze 10th February 2007, 16:20 rainbow2112 you have only to start the bat file .... anbd the jar file will be started automaticly on the PC -> the jar file ist a part of the software for the PC

I tried with 12345, and it worked, client on phone also says regged now, to connect to pc, make sure no firewall blocks the used port and also set the correct ip to connect to for server app :)

I also got stuck at the authentication and do see the PC screen with the
Client -- 1 -- Connected.
I am very sure that I have no firewall installed and the port setting is correct. I tried using internal network(Wifi) and internet(gprs) asscess both with out success from my N95.
Can you give us some clues?

When I run the client I get "Memory full. Close some applications and then try again".
Mai RAM is 7MB free, and my MicroSD is 500MBfree.
