my ngage would not work on
kingston 1gb dual-voltage rs-mmc mobile
it will appear 'memory card corrupted' :(
but in the pc it read perfectly..
does anyone has this prob?
is this kingston mmc really not compatible with my ngage?

I have Kingston 1GB RS-MMC in my Ngage and it works perfectly.

Even if I put it without extension (half MMC) it works too.
No need to format it, only thing I did was opening the package and puting card to my phone.

Try to format this card in ngage.. Tools-->Memory-->Format
it will take long time to end this job but maybe it start to work

BTW. my firmware 4.03

Try to format the card using ur computer by right click->format >select system =fat then format.... :)

ngage only supports mmc in fat format.. so format ur mmc with ur phone..

thanks for ur replys...
i already format it to fat (many times) and still no good..
but can't format in my ngage coz it keep asking 'memory card corrupted'
and my firmware 4.10
well, i'm sending my mmc back
and try to asked them to get me a new 1gb that's not defective
if that doesnt works, might as well get me 2 512mb mmc

DV MMC is not supported in N-Gage QD

maybe maximum memory capacity for N-Gage is 512mb. N-Gage not support 1Gb MMC
