Can any one tell which converter will help to convert DIVX-XVID file in VP7 codec that mean in small size pls sir tell which software will work

and which software will help to convert VP7 codec to vedio format that mean to play in vedio cd or DVD pls sir help

Total video converter will convert any codec, and go on google and search for K-lite codec, that will play any codec inc VP7
