just search for total video converter...its convert almost everyting including *.3gp to *.gif...

Forget about all these software mentioned before. I've tried them all and THE BEST video converter is SUPER video converter

Whats the highest setting a K800 can handle, right now I can do a 3gp with a 384kbps XVID video and 64kbps/44khz stereo AAC. And it runs smooth.

And is there a better video player out there. thanks
