Answer:
Inbox does not give you a single view of incoming and outgoing messages. You have to switch between Inbox and Sent Items folders to get all the dialogs you had with your contacts. O2 SMS Plus can list both incoming and outgoing text messages in the save view. You can have a filtered view of all the text messages between you and a particular contact. It lets you chat with your buddy continuous by SMS without you having to type in your buddy?s phone number repeatedly.

Q3:What other benefits do you get from O2 SMS Plus besides its SMS Chat function?
Answer:
O2 SMS Plus lets you send the same text message to all your buddies at the same time. You just need to organise your contacts into different categories from Outlook on your desktop and synchronise them to the device or assign them directly from your device. In addition O2 SMS Plus lets you schedule your SMS to be sent at a later date. The find function lets you retrieve text messages that contain a particular text string and the vCard function lets you send contact data from your PIM to other phones support vCard SMS function.

Tap Start > Program > O2 SMS Plus to start O2 SMS Plus.

thanks for the post dhocy,
but it doesnt really work on my dopod 838 pro (HTC Tytn/Hermes).
it installed perfectly but o2 SMS plus does not 'pickup' my current sms messages (in other words o2 SMS plus doesnt display the conversation as it should)

any idea why? i use the .cab and installed onto the main memory.

i am trying it on my new dopod 838 pro..
i used to have o2 atom and it works perfectly well..
only thing is sometimes we acidentally off it.. then it will stop sending sms..

but one thing for sure.. ur sms bill will shot up like crazay since u can send to groups..

not working for xda mini

hi all, i have tried on 838pro n confirmed it doesn't work well. but it definitely works for my hp6828.

So this program will still save your SMS in your inbox of the default SMS client, correct?

Im going to test this out on my HTC Wizard

the menu language is not encoded correctly
rest is working good on my imate pdal

I just tried this app on my HTC Wizard. It installs fine and works pretty well.
Only problem is, it doesn't save chat sessions. Once you close out of a chat session with a person, you can't go back to it. You have to start a brand new chat. It also doesn't keep chats with users grouped together in a chat style format. They just show up like in the factory messenger app.
You also can't reply with the system pop up or PA...you have to open the app through the program menu.

I rate this app 7 out of 10.

i think this soft only work on atom black, atom pure, atom exec and maybe with xda zinx and maybe can not work fine on another pda.especially with WM2003
