How to ?
Just enter your Weight, your sex and all the alcohol you have drink.
For the alcohol contents in gramme, consider this table:

Example: You drink 3 glasses of wine. According to the table, that is a total of 25.2 grammes of alcohol (8.4 X 3 = 25.2)

Remarks
For the Widmark Constant, we assume 0.75 for males and 0.66 for females (+0.20 if you drink when you eat)
We estimate of alcohol metabolism rate of 0.100 mg/ 1 l blood / hour.
