I really needed the previous sms alert for s60v3 which u posted for s60v2 so dat it can alert me with specific tone for sms from specific user. I hope some app will be out soon for this.

Well, the app name is David Siorpaes SMSAlert but was only for OS8.1...cheers.

guys i have a problem with this apps, On my N70 there apps sms alert by David before, then i install sms alert by Infotech.. and the problem is sms alert by david icon replaced by sms alert by infotech.
when i looking using file man, there is only folder SMSalert infotech.. foldesmsalert by david is gone. i think it cause by the same name of the apps.
but smsalert by david still working even no icon apps or folder apps in my phone.
How can i make sms alert by david show up.

Problem Solved. I decide to instaling smsalert by david on Phone Memory, And sms Alert On Memory Card. work fine now...
Its caused by same name folder before
