downloaded all the files.When I join the parts with hj-join and mount the image with alcohol 120%, it gives me a message "insert disc 1" on clicking on the DVD image.How can i install the game?

mmm I don't understand well your error...This game worked well for me.
Maybe doesn't work with autoplay... try to right click on the dvd then open, and run the installer...
Try also to emulate the image with Daemon Tools (that's what I did, it worked like a charm)
If it didn't work , please post some screenshots for your error
