It's your oppinion. Many, sorry, MANY who played GW and WoW, they return to GW, after their nerves were pulled out :)
Me, i don't give a...nothing on WoW :lol: (my oppinion).

Yeh its just my opion! but as for I have already played all possible MMORPG that i thought that its good! and nothing comes close to WoW. what i hate about other mmporg around including GW is that it is very lineage! character looks are thesame! no lore to follow! and pvp sucks!

while in wow you have every option if whatever you want your character to be look like, geared, fight and everything! especially on PVP. Especially that the expansion burning crusade came! :ilove:

I have played plenty of games over the years. I find Guild Wars to be an over all better game than most. It has alot of the things I look for in a game. I played WOW for a while and didn't really like all the aspects of the game, particulary the non instanced boss areas. So everyone has an opinion and I am really tired of people comparing games to WOW because every game is different and not everyone likes the same things. You dont like GW I don't like WOW leave it at that. You can't make everyone like WOW just because you do and you shouldn't try.

Me also i'm borred/pissed of ppl who try to convince ppl that WoW is sooooo good.

And to extrapolate, lately, ppl try to convince all about the movie 300 that it's sooo interesting/intelligent. LOOOOL

i am a guild war and wow player myself .. and honestly i support Guild war afterall , who have the time to play everyday and if you dont it will not be worth it to play WoW .. afterall its P2P. so i quited WoW after the first 10 days..

u guys should play RF Online (Rising Force online) it one of the best MMORPG i have play....still playing till now :D

WOW sucks for me! You play it not because you desire to play anytime you want but because you are paying for it and time is ticking before you know the next bill will arrive. I play Rappelz -SOOOO FREE! Anyway, I might've try GW.... maybe worth my $45. I heard there's no playtime fee.

guild war hmm.. good but not the best..

there is no such thing as the BEST mmorpg around.. its all subjective.

and creating a subforum for guild war itself and subtitling it as "the best mmorpg" just isn't right.. maybe just remove those text.. and heck.. why does this game deserve its own subforum?!

like that might as well create subforums for wow, wc - DOTA, wc - standard and a lot other mmo games...

I own both game, wow and gw. as far as i know both games is good and bad. wow is good in terms of lore but not the best because they just copy it from warhammer. the game play is good but pvp sucks, no class balance and the devs are just stupid who favored warlock class because the lead developer love it and that is bias. guild wars is good if you follow the rpg the lore is also good and no monthly fee not like wow. The bad thing in Gw is that no freedom of moves just like wow. Soon Guildwars 2 will be release and Free to play as long as you purchase it and it gives you all you want in the game, multiple class, race, freedom of moves just like wow. and its time dump this stupid wow. Because Kalgan, Tigole, Furor is a stupid Devs in Blizzard in the History.

Guild Wars is among the best, but not the best, the best right now beside GW are, RF online, 2Moons, Rapplez, WOW, Perfect world, RO, and last but not least Silk Road (the game is so hot that u cant even log in cause 2 many people r one)

you are just a beginner or a noob if you say that. WoW Start sucking when they emplement Arena. And people are start leaving. After i got the Full Vengful Sets on my Pally, I deside to quit. Because WoW is infinite Grinding.

See what will happen to Wrath of the Lich King. Still the same when they launch Burning Crusade.

No matter which one is Better, Wow requires monthly subscription, GW is Free.......


There are a few people in my office doing the Beta testing for Conan (they are avid wower's), and that looks amazing, again sadly monthly subscription, but just amazing to see......darned game is already over 30gb install too....

they have shown that their current pc specs are only "adequate" to play the game, and theyhave q6600 4gb ram, 8800gt512mb etc etc..... ouch

lol, WoW is for simpletons, really. My friend played it for a month and he got to the highest level with kickin' gear in that time. Too easy and boring.
