How about starting here at iPmart? Didnt you find any of the topics which have icon packs? Do try SEARCH.

A word of advice from a reluctant and amateur themer, use SVG icons instead of PNG ones as scalable icons can be easily ported to any of the N and E series phones. But finding these will be a chore! Instead making them is a better option IMO.
