This little python app can cut mp3 files and edit IDv1 Tags!
For work you need python pack 1.4 :)

Yes but you need install fonts from python pack!

if i install the fonts, won't it mess up my mass storage mode? i read before that mass storage mode couldn't be activated properly if fonts were installed. please enlighten me, disabled. thanks for your patience and advice. cheers!!! :)

Oh non TTF fonts you must install python font's module! It part of Python Pack!

another problem is with "about", the info popup disappears after few seconds and there is no time to read it!! :???:

for anyone who's had to same problem i did, install python pack to your phone. i installed it on my mmc and when i ran mp3editor, it wouldn't open. i installed/uninstalled so many times and finally remembered something about python needing to be installed in the phone memory so i tried that and viola! it works like a charm.

so my motto is: ïnstall python pack on your phone memory! :) cheers!

do I need to signed and install every file in the python folder?
I have previous python version to brute LCG Profimail, do I need to un-install it first before I install version 1.4?
and if I un-install the previous version, would my profimail still works?

only need to installed the 2 apps as nexass recommended and using the trick by jeanius to install the python on phone memory.

and profilmail still works as usual. :)

it should do the trick, this MP3Editor won't work without phyton install on phone memory first.

I really don't know much detail about Python. However, if you look at Disabled post regarding Python link and nexass post for what Python files you should install, then you could use the MP3Editor.

First you must signed PythonForS60_1_3_19_3rdEd_unsigned_freedevcert.SIS file downloaded from link from Disabled. After signed, then install the app to your phone memory along with SIGNED_Fonts.sisx.
Only after the two apps above installed on phone memory then the MP3Editor installed on memory card will work.

If you need help on signing, pls check the link below or you could just PM me your IMEI and I'll assist you with the signing.
