@ xhtml you have reach a 60kbps with ADSL but i'm connected with my phone on EDGE and i'm downloading from this link only at 2KBPS :( with rapidshare i'm on 20-25 KBPS! If you have alredy downloaded it pls upload it to rapidshare or somewhere else. Or maybe try to make a torrent link thank you.

i think you don't know this way for upgrade and you must learn all note for upgrade with Phoenix programs then you can use of this file. you can see this link for more information
