Akuma's Custom SPB Pocket-Plus Iconset

Yessir, as promised and quite possibly my last icon package: Zenobia Edition. Over 140 icons in this ducket, and this time VGA users get some love too. Instructions included in rar. Icons cover every category I personally required, from web-browsing to office utilities. Had only one request, which was for a Palm icon (:shock:) which was cool with me- I was already wiped out putting this joint together. A lot of the icons from the old QVGA-only set carried over to this new set so I'd advise dumping the old one first if you downloaded it before. Slightly different stylistically from the last set also- see the CorePlayer icon above for reference.

UPDATED TO ZENOBIA 1.1:
Something new in every category. Added 20 new icons including: 2 GPS/navigation/map icons; 1 medical icon; new vista-style Internet Explorer icon; 1 chess icon; an absolutely beautiful generic book icon; a second, better looking bible icon; cleaned up a graphical glitch on WMP icon; XBOX-Live icon (hey, you never know...); some new games icons (some nice medieval joints too)...

If you had downloaded Zenobia 1.0 earlier simply overwrite the old files with these new ones.

Ish is bananas though: the previous rar had over 150 views within 3 hours of upload before I took it down- yet only 2 cats bothered to give karma...and one of them's a mod. WTF?

Anyway, I've since updated the set as of 3pm, GMT. This is hopefully the final pack, no more changes, no more additions, and indeed no more public packs...can't have everyones units looking as pretty as mine :yawinkle:

i can't run the icon in my ppc some one can explain in wish way to run my device is an HTC Advantage X7500 WM 5.0,with Spb pocket plus v.3.2.0,thanks guys

If Pocket Plus is running fine on your device then the icons WILL work just fine. You must have made an error in copying the files over. Just follow the really simple instructions in the rar and you'll be fine. Also, try using ActiveSync to copy the files over if it doesn't work (some SD-cards have a write-delay and if you eject them too early the files get corrupted).

Oh, and you don't "run" the icons. You run Pocket Plus and change the icons from within Pocket Plus.

Akuma i send the rar file using activesynk to my device/programs files/pocket plus/icons (in main memory)not in storage card or hard disk(htc x7500),i try to change the icons and dont have the akunas icons just the original ones(custom,custom2,other programs and standard)when using the explorer my device/programs files/pocketplus/iconsdo not apear in png apear microsoft logo like the encripted file and akuma_SPBiconpack1[1].... 1479K 30/05/07 sory because al the inconvenience but i realy think this is a masterpice and i like to have in my ppc.
ps. i see you talk some about storage card because in the rar explanation need to copy to pocketplus/icons.any instruction is welcome thanks again

4) click and hold on one of my SPB icons, choose 'Rename/Change Icon'
5) It did not show nothing new! Just the old sets of boring icons!:(

i can't use the icons. I'm use the Pocket Plus 4.2.

Same problem here, the icon options only shows list e.g: IconList770 - IconList775 but inside is empty and shows only 1 weird icon.

I tried the simple instruction one in .rar, come out the icon inside is in .png while SPB 4.2 uses .dat, Then i tried to convert the extension, yet still the icons are not useable there.

Any advice from Masters??? ^_^

hey everyone, im new here, and relatively new to PPCs and i was wondering how to get these icons onto my device. i have tried copying the folder (packed and unpacked) into my icons folder. but it doesnt show in the spb program to change icons.

can someone please advise me.

Hey all, sorry I've been a little busy with work to peruse these forums much. These icons were created for Pocket Plus 3 and all previous versions. SPB has since changed the format/wrapper to a proprietary closed format for the new Pocket Plus 4, something some skinners on SPB forums have complained about...as such these will NOT work for Pocket Plus 4 unless they're converted. Xanlexian, thanks for the kind words mayne.
